In Kyiv, a blast wave damaged the plastered cornice of the central apse of the eastern facade of the 11th-century architectural monument of St. Sophia Cathedral, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Specialists of the reserve, together with the investigative and operational group of the Shevchenko Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in Kyiv, conducted a visual inspection and recorded the condition of the site. Fortunately, the interior of the site was not damaged.
