One Civilian Killed in Russian KAB Attack on Stepnohirsk Community

On July 18, 2025, Russian forces launched a guided aerial bomb (KAB) attack on the Stepnohirsk community, resulting in the death of one civilian. Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Military Administration, confirmed that a 64-year-old man was killed in the strike, with his body discovered at the impact site.

The attack specifically targeted residential areas, causing fires to erupt in several multi-story buildings.

The report also briefly mentioned other recent developments, including Russian attacks in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, the appointment of Rustem Umerov as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, and the European Union's approval of its 18th package of sanctions against Russia.
