Electronic Arts (EA) is officially kicking off the highly anticipated reveal of Battlefield 6 this week, with the first major unveiling scheduled for Thursday, July 24th, at 5:00 PM Paris time. Fans can look forward to a reveal trailer that promises to delve into the game's universe and showcase its unique features. To build excitement, an initial artwork for the game has already been released.
Following this initial trailer, a more comprehensive public unveiling of Battlefield 6 is expected on July 31st. This larger event, anticipated to be similar in scope to Call of Duty: NEXT, is rumored to include gameplay footage, developer interviews, and more detailed insights into the upcoming title.
Battlefield 6 is a collaborative effort by four different studios under the Battlefield Studios banner. DICE is leading the development of the multiplayer systems, while Motive is focusing on multiplayer maps and the solo campaign. Criterion Games is primarily dedicated to the solo experience, and Ripple Effect is working on a "new Battlefield experience," rumored to be a Battle Royale mode.
According to EA's latest quarterly report, the official release of Battlefield 6 is planned for before April 2026.
