WORM Announce New Album ‘Necropalace’ and Share 10-Minute Title Track with Short Film

Florida-based death/doom metal band WORM has officially announced their upcoming album, Necropalace, along with the release of its 10-minute title track accompanied by a short film. The record is set to further expand the group’s reputation for blending crushing death metal, eerie doom passages, and cinematic atmospheres.

The short film, which premiered alongside the single, visually mirrors the band’s dark and otherworldly aesthetic. Featuring shadowy imagery, desolate landscapes, and ritualistic scenes, it enhances the song’s slow-building tension and immersive storytelling.

Necropalace follows WORM’s critically praised 2021 release Foreverglade, which cemented the band as a standout in the underground extreme metal scene. The new track continues their exploration of grim, atmospheric compositions with nods to classic black, doom, and death metal influences.

Fans can now stream the title track and watch the accompanying film online, offering a chilling preview of what to expect from the full album. Necropalace promises to be a monumental step in WORM’s evolving sonic journey.
