Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Unveils Explosive Multiplayer Details Ahead of Beta Launch

Activision has just dropped a massive info bomb on fans with its latest Call of Duty Next showcase, revealing extensive details and gameplay footage from the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. With the game’s release set for November 14, 2025, and the open beta kicking off October 5–8 (early access begins October 2), the hype is officially real.

Black Ops 7 launches with 18 multiplayer maps16 for classic 6v6 matches and 2 for the new 20v20 Skirmish mode. Highlights include:

  • Exposure: Australian outback
  • Imprint: Alaskan weapons plant
  • Cortex: Human testing site
  • Colossus: A nostalgic nod to Black Ops 2

  • Paranoia: A surreal map inspired by David Mason’s nightmares

Post-launch, players can expect seven more maps in Season 1, including the return of Nuketown 2025.

A standout addition is Overload, a competitive 6v6 mode where teams battle to secure and deliver a device into enemy zones. It’s a fast-paced, objective-driven experience that rewards coordination and aggression.
