GTA 6 Reportedly Targets 60FPS on PS5 Pro

A new report circulating in the gaming community suggests that the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6(GTA 6) is aiming for a smooth 60 frames per second (FPS), though this performance target is currently linked exclusively to the PlayStation 5 Pro console.

The information originates from YouTuber DetectiveSeeds, a source known for accurately revealing details about previous game remasters, including The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Doom: The Dark Ages.

According to DetectiveSeeds' report, which cites a PlayStation engineer, GTA 6 is undergoing optimization to achieve 60FPS on the PS5 Pro across various graphical settings. This optimization is reportedly being aided by PlayStation engineers, leveraging new technology to enhance the game's performance on the upcoming console.

While the 60FPS target is currently only confirmed for the PS5 Pro, it is speculated that the game will offer a range of graphical options on this console at launch. The report also hints at a potential marketing collaboration between Rockstar Games and Sony, which could lead to exclusive console bundles, reminiscent of past partnerships such as the PS4 Pro and Red Dead Redemption 2.

It is important for gamers to note that this information remains a rumor until officially confirmed by Rockstar Games. As with all leaks and unofficial reports, it is advisable to approach these details with caution.
